1. General Shipping Information
Eira & Co. Fine Jewelry LTD (“Eira & Co.”) offers free shipping on all orders, domestic and international, with insurance included for transit.
Orders ship within a maximum of 3 working days after being completed in our workshop. This timeframe accounts for varying courier pickup schedules.
2. Processing Times
In-Stock Items

Made-to-Order & Custom Items

Standard made-to-order production time: 4–6 weeks

Custom, bespoke, or complex fine jewelry pieces: typically under 10 business days, but may take longer depending on craftsmanship complexity

We will accommodate prioritisation where possible.
3. Courier Delays
Eira & Co. is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or any external delivery circumstances outside our control.
Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout or via tracking are courier-based estimates, not guarantees.
4. Tracking Information
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking activation times may vary depending on courier scanning procedures.
5. International Shipping & Customs
All international shipments are free, but customers are fully responsible for:

These fees vary by country and are not collected by Eira & Co.
We cannot estimate them and cannot mark packages as “gifts” or alter declared values.
Additional Processing Time for International Orders
Some international destinations may require extra processing time to consolidate items for export or to meet local documentation requirements.
Customs Seizures
If a shipment is seized by customs, a refund is only issued if:

The items are returned to Eira & Co. in their original condition, and

The customer pays any return shipping fees required by their local authorities.
Most orders clear customs without issue, but if a problem arises, we will assist in finding a resolution.
6. Items Not Eligible for International Shipping
Certain fragile or easily damaged items cannot be shipped internationally.
If an item is restricted, we will notify you before fulfillment.
Additionally, some partner brands or components may be restricted from international shipment due to manufacturer regulations.
7. Hotel Deliveries (Domestic or International Travel)
We can ship to hotels upon request.
However, insurance ends once the package is signed for by hotel reception.
Eira & Co. is not liable for loss, theft, or misplacement after hotel acceptance.
8. Address Responsibility
We will ship to the exact address provided at checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information.
Any re-delivery, rerouting, or address correction fees charged by the courier will be the customer’s responsibility.
9. Currency Disclaimer
Prices are listed in GBP (£).
For international customers, card issuers or banks may apply their own exchange rates.
10. Agreement to Policy
By placing an order through Eira & Co.’s website, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms of this Delivery & Shipping Policy.
