1. General Return & Exchange Conditions

For Eira & Co. Fine Jewelry LTD (“Eira & Co.”) to consider a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • In completely unused, unworn, undamaged condition

  • Free from any signs of wear, alteration, sizing, modification, or mishandling

  • Returned with all original packaging, certificates, documentation, and accessories

Eira & Co. reserves the right—at our sole and exclusive discretion—to refuse any return or exchange if the item appears worn, altered, damaged, or otherwise not in original condition.

Items returned without prior approval will be rejected and returned to the customer.

2. Restocking Fee (Domestic Orders – UK)

All in-stock fine jewelry returns and exchanges are subject to a £125 restocking fee.
This fee is deducted from the refund to the original payment method.

The restocking fee covers:

  • Mandatory insured return logistics

  • Quality assessment and authenticity checks

  • Repackaging and administrative processing

This fee is non-negotiable.

3. How to Request a Return

Customers must email contact@eirajewelry.com within the required time period (see Section 6 below).
A representative will respond within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) with next steps.

Approved domestic returns will receive an insured prepaid return label. The customer is responsible for remitting the restocking fee as stated above.

Returns sent without our prepaid label or without written authorization will be refused.

4. International Orders

All international orders are FINAL SALE and NON-RETURNABLE.

Due to customs, import duties, and international logistics risks, Eira & Co. cannot accept returns on any orders shipped outside the United Kingdom.

5. Product Categories & Eligibility

A. In-Stock Fine Jewelry

Eligible for refund if the customer contacts us within 7 business days of delivery.
After approval, the customer must return the item within 5 business days of receiving the prepaid label.

B. Made-To-Order Ring Sizes

Our in-stock ring sizes range from UK size M to O (equivalent to US 6.0–7.5).
Any size outside this range is considered made-to-order and is:

FINAL SALE – NON-RETURNABLE

C. Made-To-Order Bracelet Lengths

Our standard bracelet length is 6.5 inches.
All other lengths are:

FINAL SALE – NON-RETURNABLE

D. Made-To-Order Necklace Lengths

Our standard necklace lengths are 15.5–16 inches.
Any custom or alternative length is:

FINAL SALE – NON-RETURNABLE

E. Ready-To-Buy Engagement Rings

All ready-to-buy engagement rings are:

FINAL SALE – NON-RETURNABLE

F. Custom Engagement Rings & Wedding Bands

Any custom-designed piece, bespoke order, modified design, or personalised jewelry is:

FINAL SALE – NON-RETURNABLE
This includes any item with altered stone selection, metal type, engraving, dimensions, or special sizing.

6. Return Windows (Domestic – UK)

  • In-Stock Items: Return request must be made within 7 business days of delivery

  • Made-To-Order / Custom Items: Not eligible for return

  • International Orders: Not eligible for return

  • Engagement & Wedding Jewellery: Final sale

  • Clearance / Promotional Items: Final sale (listed at checkout)

Returns requested outside the stated windows will not be accepted.

7. Refund Processing

Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Restocking fee applies

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Eira & Co. may reduce refunds if any component (e.g., certificate or packaging) is missing

If the item fails inspection, it will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.

8. Items Not Eligible for Return Under Any Circumstances

  • Worn or damaged jewelry

  • Modified or sized items

  • Items without original packaging or certification

  • Custom-made jewelry

  • Engagement rings and wedding bands (ready-to-buy or custom)

  • International orders

  • Items purchased from third-party retailers

  • Clearance or promotional sale items

9. Chargeback Policy

Eira & Co. maintains detailed records of:

  • Order confirmation

  • Shipping logs and courier tracking

  • Delivery confirmation and insurance coverage

  • Customer communication

  • Return inspection reports

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to our return policy and acknowledges that chargebacks filed contrary to this policy will be disputed with full supporting documentation.

10. UK Consumer Rights

This policy is written in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
Nothing in this policy affects the customer’s statutory rights regarding defective products. Items damaged due to misuse, wear, or handling do not qualify as defective.
